We designed a warm, region-neutral English voice with clear consonant articulation for noisy mobile connections. Phrase libraries covered 340 distinct utterances across twelve call flows. Director review caught ambiguous phrasing that had previously routed callers to the wrong department. Post-launch metrics showed a nineteen percent reduction in repeat calls within the first quarter.

Custom TTS for fintech onboarding

A Toronto fintech startup needed a voice for their mobile app's guided account setup. Stock voices felt too casual for a product handling sensitive financial data. We built a custom neural voice — measured, clear, with a slight upward inflection on confirmation steps to signal progress without sounding overly cheerful.
