Consent first
We clone only with documented permission. We advise clients on usage boundaries and retention policies before any voice model is trained.
About
VoiceMotion AI Inc. operates from Toronto's Queen Street West corridor — a neighbourhood with a long history of recording, post-production, and independent media.
The proliferation of text-to-speech tools has made it easy to generate speech. It has not made it easy to generate speech that listeners trust. Too many products ship with default voices that undermine carefully crafted copy. Too many brands treat audio as an afterthought, bolting on a synthetic read after the visual design is locked.
We founded VoiceMotion AI to close that gap. Our directors come from radio, podcast production, audiobook narration, and advertising — backgrounds where a half-second pause or a misplaced emphasis can change meaning. We apply the same editorial standards to neural voices, cloned performances, and conversational agents.
Our name reflects the work: voices in motion, directed with purpose, moving through pipelines that end with a human listener on the other side.
VoiceMotion AI is led by directors with combined decades of experience in Canadian broadcast and digital audio production. The studio's practice centres on editorial judgement — knowing when a take is right, when it needs another pass, and when the script itself should change to serve the listener.
We maintain active relationships with the Canadian media production community and participate in industry discussions around synthetic media ethics, consent frameworks, and accessibility standards. Our team includes voice directors, audio engineers, linguists, and project producers who coordinate multi-language deliverables.
We are incorporated in Ontario as VoiceMotion AI Inc., registered with Business Number 604 271 938 RC0001, and operate from Suite 105 at 1266 Queen Street West.
Engagements begin with a discovery call — typically thirty to forty-five minutes — where we learn about your product, audience, timeline, and existing audio assets. We follow with a written scope proposal outlining deliverables, review cycles, and pricing. Most projects include two structured feedback rounds; additional revisions are available at agreed rates.
We work asynchronously across time zones but keep core production hours in the America/Toronto timezone. Remote clients join sessions via secure streaming links. For sensitive content, we sign NDAs before any materials are shared.
Our client base spans startups, established enterprises, agencies, public sector organisations, and independent creators. What they share is a reluctance to settle for generic audio — and a recognition that voice is one of the few brand touchpoints that reaches people when screens are off.
We clone only with documented permission. We advise clients on usage boundaries and retention policies before any voice model is trained.
Every decision is tested against the question: would a real person speak this way in this context? If not, we revise.
Clients receive settings, guides, and templates — not just audio files. Your team should be able to maintain quality after we step away.
Our Queen Street West facility includes two isolation booths, a live room for ensemble and remote-connected sessions, and a mixing suite with voice-calibrated monitoring. The neighbourhood has been home to recording studios, post houses, and independent labels for decades — a context that shapes how we think about audio craft.
We invest in acoustic treatment, low-noise preamps, and reliable remote streaming infrastructure because the quality of source material directly affects what TTS models and cloned voices can achieve. A clone trained on noisy phone audio will never sound as natural as one built from controlled studio captures.
Studio tours are available by appointment for prospective clients who want to see the environment before committing to a project. We welcome agency producers, product leads, and legal counsel who want to understand our consent and data handling practices in person.
